The brand new R4 billion Clairwood Logistics Park will set a new standard in prime A-grade logistics warehouses in Kwazulu-Natal. The development will ultimately comprise 358000sqm of A-grade warehousing space with large yards allowing for ease of movement of large trucks. A-grade logistics facilities in the Durban South Basin are almost non-existent.
