Maxmead, Pinetown

Maxmead forms part of the western suburbs of Durban. It is one of the newer areas in the Pinetown precinct. The industrial node is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Pinetown. A recent A-grade industrial park, Romead Business Park, was built in the node. The park is aesthetically pleasing and host a number of blue chip tenants. The park has some platforms left for development and ownership.

The area is amongst many public transport stops and is centrally located between the M13 and the N3 Highway.
